Product Features RG-525B: Product is light blue transparent granules with MFI 8.0, featuring high melt fluidity, high processing and molding efficiency, and medium strength. The finished product exhibits a light violet color. Processing Method: Nozzle temperature: 190–235°C Barrel middle zone temperature: 190–235°C Feed zone temperature: 190–200°C Material plasticization heating temperature should not fall below 190°C or exceed 235°C unless for special processing applications. For mold heating, the recommended mold temperature is 40–70°C. PS processing requires confirmation of pellet drying prior to use. Application Fields: Electrical appliances, Daily consumer goods, Cosmetic packaging Video/audio tape boxes, Toys, Medical Petri Dish Extruded sheets and plates
